| I got over-excited when Reggie broke free to score. He's an underdog now, so I'm really pulling for him.
I thought the first TD pass to Colston was one of the best passes I've ever seen, and then he (whoops) He made that throw to Devery (you know the one) and that was the single best throw I've ever seen in my life. The one where Steve Young hit Terrell Owens to win a playoff game was probably the previous high score, but this was Brees introduced a level of difficulty by throwing to a guy that, before Brees showed up, would probably have been cut. He had a margin of error of maybe a couple inches. I learned my lesson when it comes to getting too high too soon thanks to baseball this year. But I've never seen them start off this well (okay, that's pretty obvious BUT STILL). ICJ |
