crafting has changed since I last played it by FABIO 08/18/2009, 7:24pm PDT Scavenging is now worthless instead of the no-brainer gathering choice. It now only gives talisman components which are worthless because talismans are still worthless. Seems like there's been a tiny increase in the number of talisman slots on stuff, but still way too few. Butchering now gives healing and stabilizing potion items, but how often do you slaughter animals in any number? I guess it's back to gardening then =( Every component costs like a silver now o_O
