Do you remember when you did that fake Maxim cover of her wearing a motorcycle helmet and I showed it to her, pretending it was part of a porno series for a joke? I had a VERY hard time convincing her that was a joke. I told her that I had photoshopped the picture and not someone else because she'd freak out if she knew someone else was tampering with her pictures on the internet. She sees "the internet" as one big 'email' and not as a place with dark corners that no one visits. I couldn't explain the truth to her. I still don't think she believes me. The Chinese policeman gave her the number of a lawyer, and the ladies at the first police station gave her the number of private investigator. She thinks she can use this to threaten me now, so hopefully she's happy to leave it at that. She needs to feel she has some recourse if I fuck her over later. Also, if I lost this job because of some bullshit story she told the authorities, I would fly to Auckland, beat the shit out of her, make her quit her job, and make her spend her savings on another trip around the world together, which I would leave her at the end of. Everybody wins? |
