I already linked to an article on Slate (I guess you just read the headlines there) that explained why some of the data that people thought PROVED it was rigged was in fact anything but proof.

That Slate article was a bit disingenuous, because it didn't really even bother looking at the other arguments, the most compelling I thought was that Nahneeneinianajar's poll results were an average of 62.63% across all precincts. I can buy a lot of shit, but I won't ever buy Republicans winning big in San Francisco, or Mousavi losing in his home province by that kind of result without incredibly clean numbers. Unless the Islamic Republic of Iran has managed to do the impossible and wipe away all notions of class consciousness, ethnic loyalties, and religious sect identification, there is nothing that could produce those kinds of results short of fraud.
