Ze Frank thought it was weird that people even had opinions about fonts. Fonts used to be arcane technical printing knowledge, it's crazy that so many people even know their names! But that's the world we now live in. My co-worker and I were talking about how some people DESPISE comic sans, which seemed excessive. Also excessive: people who DESPISE ariel because it's just a fucked up version of helvetica. None of this IMO makes for remotely funny comics (although HE WANTS TO TASTE THE CURB is funny all on its own), and the Ze Frank video blog about it wasn't really meant to be funny either, or at least, not that part. |
