Re: Oh, okay. I don't remember anyone at OMM named Tatters.
There's a rumour going around that I was a virgin until 22 and used to take LOTR very seriously. Pay no mind! I used to bug BDR exclusively. It was a good time, but no one else gave a shit. After a few years, BDR challenged me to post something that wasn't to do with him. I wrote a post about the experience of being an extra on LOTR. It got two replies. The first from OGF who said, "QB (Tatters): the nugget that won't flush" and the second from Creexul who said something like, "If you weren't ignoring QB, you should start now". BDR didn't even respond - cuntishly thinking he'd proved his point. So, I was like, well FUCK this place! And I left the forum never to return. A couple of days later, on the front page of theonering.net, a site I'd been visiting for years, I saw a censored and edited version of my post - with (sic)'s in it and everything! Eventually, lots of other LOTR sites picked it up and it made POE. As it had become OMM's most famous post ever and I was even being interviewed about it, I thought I'd take the time to rub in in the face of every motherfucker in the forum. I did that on and off for a couple of years. Chairman Mao and junior allen both found OMM through the POE link. Through that connection, I felt a sense of ownership over both of them. I remember shortly before he left, junior responded negatively to a comment I had made as a lurker, so, for his insolence, I wrote a series of angry posts about him. As I was anonymous, I mostly called him a fucking loser a bunch of times. He couldn't understand where the hate came from and thought some cowardly reg was having a go at him anonymously. He gave up the forums shortly after never to be seen again.
