Let's set aside the queery looking outdoors for a moment (which I like (I'm gay)

Blizzard has a problem with dungeons: they're dreary looking. So instead of just making fewer dungeons or breaking up the dungeons or making pseudo-dungeons (like a dungeon in... heaven?) they queer up the dungeons with greens and blues and purples. Why is there green/blue/purple light emanating from everywhere? Come on motherfuckers, they're dungeons.
Agreed. Color Spray is a rather useful low-level mage spell in Dungeons and Dragons. Through a prismatic cone, it can hold enemies or put them to sleep and just generally give the melee combatants time to concentrate on killing off what might otherwise be slightly-more-powerful foes. That being said, it is an unpopular, essentially unknown and seldom-chosen magic spell that is often passed over for spells such as Magic Missile or Sleep. Why is this? Why? Oh, because unless they are on the cover of a Pink Floyd album, RAINBOWS ARE FUCKING GAY.
