I was only framing sewing as a potentially semi-antisocial activity because I thought that would make it appeal more to you. It’s as social as you make it. Intermediate sewing courses are full of girls, gays and old ladies and you could make yourself popular bridging between those groups or siding with one and making fun of the others.
