Better gear beats Zseni every time![/quote] 40-49 pvp has an appeal, but gear isn't any less important. Part of the appeal may be that the decent gear for the bracket is achievable with less effort. It's still the same gear centered crap as 70, except you can easily get the whole stone guards foxy sunglasses and first sergeants grass skirt coconut brassiere set for your cow instead of having to play a week straight for a pair of purple bracers. You can hide behind trees at every level, but if you're wearing equipment from scarlet monastery (except that helmet) your earthmother cannot save you when your little pals portrait shows up on the target list of someone who has frequented zf or morondon. I enjoyed 40-49 for a while because it's very easy to get the best gear and slaughter all the poor nubkin bastards who are bored from their leveling grind and just want to play a quick battleground. And I suppose if you have enough people who stay in the bracket, like if you're on a new server, things can get a little more interesting and challenging. It seems to me that with so many level 41s and undergeared people, after time it becomes more like beating someone paralyzed from the neck down at Crossfire while they try futilely to fire the little gun with their mouth. Which is the same exact thing as level 70 PVP, just with less spells and much easier to become the top of the equipment chain. So WOW pvp is pretty gay at every level and it leaves a deep dark stain on our souls we will never get out and it ultimately destroys us...utterly. Yay? Sorry kids, no yay. 8( [/quote]
