I worked on Friday in the afternoon. I went out that night and got trashed. On Saturday, everyone was tellling me how tired I looked. I felt like I couldn't take being bent over anymore. I had to save face and quit without going into work and saying I can't take it anymore. I had my roomate call and say that I can't come into work. He said I asked him to call because I was in JAIL! He told the boss (who sounded worried) that I was arresed and that he didn't know what happened except that I was charged with ASSAULT. Yesterday, work called. I told them I had bad news. I was arrested on Friday night and my condition of bail stipulates that I'm not allowed in the area (Annex). The boss asked if I got into a fight, I said it was brawl. I told him sorry, but I can't work there anymore because of my bail condition. He was shocked! I couldn't give them the satisfaction of knowing that I quit cause their management etc sucks. It was my way to quit with honor and on my own terms. I train at Sunset Grill on Thursday. I'll only be working one day a week for know, but at least I'm moving on to a better paying job with less manual labor. I feel like a burden has been lifted.[/quote]
