Re: REVIEW: Questionable Content (www.questionablecontent.net)

2. Now that is something of interest. Yes, the supreme court decided that libel by parody is rediculous... that does not change the fact that he used J. Jaques's artwork (which is copyrighted), nor does it change the fact that nobody at the forum was impressed by what he did. All he got was dismissal and a couple of insults... not much of a trolling accomplishment.
The simple fact that you are making such a stomping panting crybaby fag festival over the parody use of the same artwork makes it impossible for a reasonable person to believe that INC's comics could have been produced by the original gaywad. This is the critical distinction for parody work and you are making it protected speech just by being an incredible jackass. Good work!
Can't we just admit that both sides are unwilling to budge in opinion? I could have easily called his arguments a crybaby fag festival, but then I'd have resorted to more ad hominem attacks (attacks against the person, which is seen as flaming rather than debate) As for the protected speech thing, if it is truly protected speech, I'll stand down, cause then I have very little to complain about.
