I agree.

What is the fuckin deal with everyone getting all insane about leecher/seeder ratios and leechers hit-n-running and what have you? This is something I just don't get: while I'm sure it's annoying, and I've been there, yo, it's only bandwidth.
I can totally get with you on this argument, and I'll add a point you missed: BitTorrent makes leechers useful anyway. So even if there's a dude who downloaded 1 gig and uploaded 100 megs, you can assume that he's leeching well trafficked material exclusively, or material that very few others are leeching. So who cares? People are stuck in the old paradigms of a pre-BitTorrent world, angry at leechers. They can't process this new information that leechers are now viable members of the community. It's like trying to explain to an uptight forum how trolling is sometimes funny. I speak from experience on the subject of well intentioned leechers because I'm that person exactly on Audiofarm where I've got a 0.3 ratio, and I could leave those torrent windows open for days with nothing changing. No one wants what I seed because I'm behind the curve and there are 5 other seeders anyway. In fact (and watch this part, this is cool) when I do "leech", I'm HELPING SOMEONE ELSE'S RATIO, and that person is TOTALLY GRATEFUL.
The moon doesn't plummet from the sky, nobody siphons the gas out of your car, you aren't losing any money or bitches, so why is it that when Oink instituted user-voted bans there were people who GLEEFULLY rifled through user files to find people to ban? It's crazy, it's like there's a little Barborito in those sick motherfuckers charging them to be self-righteous assholes.
Judging just from the two places you've turned me on to, Oink and Audiofarm, I'll go ahead and extrapolate that all your sites are as anal retentive and faggy. Your sample set is definitely skewed because of your tastes. The benefit of high-strung OCD crazies getting together on a BT site is that you finally get to download "Kaioiri Chiuki Mizuki [320/FLAC/laserdisc]" (which means you can finally throw your 192kps version right in the fucking garbage). The downside of the trains running on time in Nazi town is of course the Nazis, and when they start the goose stepping, it should come as no surprise.
