Hopefully I'll make it further than I did last time. Either way, nice job calling me out on a post made in the throes of early game ecstasy. NEVERTHELESS, I still don't like DMC3's story or cutscenes. Maybe it's too much. Maybe it's that when done by other people, the same 3 stooges matrix shit that was fine in other works just doesn't do anything for me. I can't put my finger on which measure of gay was too much, or which one liner was too awful. I just didn't like it, but subtract no points from the overall score of the game since they made the cutscenes completely skippable. Short of including a menu option to get rid of them altogether in replays, I can't really ask for much more. Remember, you had to explain to me why Metal Gear 2 sucked, and I still am not fully convinced as to why the AIDS in those cutscenes was all that different from the AIDS in DMC3. Probably it all comes from the fact that I was really good at the metal gear system, and apparently only a C player on hard in DMC3. Maybe I'm just resenting the fruity game I'm bad at more than the one I am good at. [/quote]
