So Jsoh and I both finished Sacrifice finally.
So Jsoh and I both finished Sacrifice finally. by Creexul ^_^ 03/14/2004, 8:21pm CST I went from frustrated HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO BEAT THIS to HAHAHAHA I AM UNSTOPPABLE in approximately 0 missions. 4 retries sure. What I'm saying is that the game got pretty hard, and I'm surprised that for a game that seems to just require making sure you have the most souls, it requires a lot of strategy. You gotta have your CREATURES^_^ use their skills and shit, while making sure you are using your own attack and healing spells and shit. Lead the charge with your dudes, flank the enemy and shit. There was a mission where I was in Pyro land and there were four huge microwave projectors that could shoot at GIANT ranges, so if you had a bunch of dudes running up to them, a few would definitely be killed before you could even start hitting. The thing is that when you start attacking the towers, the enemy wizard shows up with a ton of strong ass enemies and shit. And I only had so many souls, all the strongest creatures, and blah. So I pulled off a very general-like flank move, where I had like 9 of the weakest dudes I could make rush one tower from one direction (a charge that I personally lead) then I hit 1 and 2 to select my power groups and had them come in from another direction and hit two other towers. The trick for the towers is that they can't hit anything directly under them, so if you have like a tiny weak ass druid at the bottom hitting a tower, all you need is one and it'll die for sure (other towers can't hit your dude there I guess). So everything was there, all four towers blew up, I still had plenty of monsters, I ran around picking up my souls, then I started moving on and attacking some manaliths and smoking their ayuss. With enough spells and tricks and protection I held off the enemy wizard's stuff, killed his shit (and him) and picked up his souls for MYSELF. I think I had 70 souls by the end of that. You can't even use 70 souls in a game, it's so fuckin many. It's like having 50,000 resources in Starcraft. Then I brought the fight to that wizard's alter so fuckin hard that (a) god died. So that was cool, plus when I got dragons in the next mission, I was like, WHAT THE FUCK DO I DO WITH THESE? Then I figured it out (I only had 2 dragons vs an army, but I could still win if I just had one dragon revive the other one over and over), and I mopped up, the enemies left behind a ton of souls for me, I just made MORE super fucking strong ass dragons that killed all the enemy buildings in like one hit. And then the endgame was tough because the final boss kept healing himself constantly, and my dragons were so swarming around this tiny dude that most of them weren't even hitting, they were just blocking each other, but dragons are the only thing that can kill him so what the fuck anyway. Eventually he died somehow. Phew. Now I can finally go back to actually doing school homework. :(
