Not on any medication.[/quote] Is the gas pressure keeping you from eating (and drinking)? That would explain the dark (concentrated) urine and infrequent, dry (grey) bowel movements. Ever suffer from acid reflux? After awhile, the acid reflux erodes and damages your lower esophageal sphincter that connects your esophagus and your stomach. It functions poorly after that, leading to symptoms like the ones you mention (I have them). You'll have to avoid fatty foods, excessive booze intake, caffiene, stress, ESSENTIALLY EVERYTHING I LOVE. You may have to be referred to a gastroenterologist who may do a stricture widening procedure, where they knock you out and stretch the sphincter out with a balloon. It sucks. Or it's something else. Your symptomology is pretty scant.[/quote]
