Star Wars to Narnia segue

"Wow, it truly is the end of an era," writes Michael Gallaugher. "[I]t is a bittersweet feeling. In a way, it feels like my childhood is now officially over."
Well, it kinda feels like my childhood has been beaten with a stick. But then I remembered the Narnia trailer! Which makes me happy. Apparently they really intend to do a 7 part movie series here. I can't wait to find out what hormone supressors they're going to use on the kids to permanently stunt their growth and keep them underdevloped children forever. Fun stuff! But seriously, I was really into these books as a kid and I'm excited about the movie. I guess the Harry Potter books are the same way to kids now, but I was never really interested in them. Now, when is someone going to make the Amber books into a series of movies? Amber is like Narnia except ruled by a family of badass killers and besieged by chaos demons from the other side of the universe. So it's a little bit cooler.
