The rules are a radical redesign, but there are still many simillarities to the original rules. The new rules are more complex but more sensible too. So they should be easier to comprehend. And you can do more stuff with the new rules. Even Gary Gygax likes them.[/quote] So then in the rulebooks the names for things are not 'generic spell lvl 5', and magic items names are more creative than 'quiver of efficiency'? I seem to remember Bigby having hand and Elhonna having a quiver, but maybe creating aventures in a vaccum is now the in thing to do.[/quote]
