Re: Why would anyone ever hit any "Peace" button? -nt-
I always used to leave the "holster weapon" key unmapped on Build engine games. But regarding the game: my brother just moved into a house with a guy who plays SWG. The SWG computer is in the same room in this house as the Playstation, so my brother was able to describe a typical gaming session for the guy. Apparently, this mutual friend is one of those "entertainers," as the only part of the game my brother has seen on the monitor is a bunch of guys huddled all around the guy in his cramped den of sin, HEALING THEIR MINDS and watching him dance or keen or /flourish or whatnot. I'm glad you guys haven't chosen that career path because there's no way to describe what that guy is doing in SWG in anything remotely approaching masculine terms. This is bad even for MMORPGs. That class has to be the single gayest event relating to video gaming in all time. The dudes from the SimCopter Easter Egg would be coughing nervously and looking for some other place to frolic if they stumbled upon that scene. Infocom's "Plundered Hearts" team could adapt the works of Oscar Wilde using pink text and I am still giving the edge to SWG. Is there a real fanfic vibe to this game, or is that class an exception? the dark and gritty...Ice Cream Jonsey!
