let me clarify
I didn't like T2 because -I thought it relied entirely too much on its special effects that were revolutionary back when people thought morphing was going to rule the earth. I can watch T1 over and over again and the police station scene always rocks. I can't help but giggle everytime I see the now embarresingly outdated T-1000 special effects. The T-1 equivalent would be if the end scene stop-motion terminator had been used throughout the entire movie. -invincible villian. Ok, so he completely regenerates everytime you shoot him. T-1000 shows up, shoot him, bullet holes seal up, back to square one. Got old around the second time it happened. Watching Arnie take more and more damage in T1 was cool, Robert Patrick getting back up without a scratch everytime got old. HOW WILL THEY KILL IT? They should have ended it with the whole liquid nitrogen shatter thing, that at least would have been clever. Instead he completely reforms so they can drag the movie on for another ten minutes and give us the incredibly gay "thumbs up" ending. -Friggin time travel concept rehashed. How many times is Skynet going to try this thing before it relizes it's not going to work? When the time came to send robots back in time to kill the resistence leader (who surely could NEVER be replaced) did it think "let's send an ultra advanced top of the line prototype model, an advanced model, and a scrub model back to different points in the past 15 years apart from one another"? Plz be concentrating more on the war with machines thanky, I could use a decent one after watching the horrible Animatrix. The trailers show promise that this will be the case. Is it? Or do all the future scenes take place in the first few minutes like in T2? -Cyborg as father figure: gay. Teaching machines to love: gay. Listening to teen brat go on about how cool it is to have his own robot: gay. Based on this, would I hate T3?
