Re: TOP MOMENTS IN GAMING
1) Atari 2600 old school games. My brothers and I played a lot of "Surround" while waiting for Benny Hill to come on. And what was the name of that game? "Shoot Out?" Where your cowboy would shoot at the other cowboy and sometimes a wagon would get in the way? It was like a step above Pong (which we did have prior to the 2600.) 2) Colecovision Smurfs -- The graphics were so amazing it was like playing the cartoon! 3) Atari 5200 -- Great games but controllers wouldn't last more than 6 months 4) Rogue -- The first PC game I ever played. I still play this at work when I'm bored only at work I can't save my game :( 5) The first 4 Ultima games. Each a masterpiece when it came out. 6) Gauntlet because I didn't need my quarters for laundry and the place with the machine had posters of samantha Fox's bare breasts in the back and butterfly knives in the front. And lots and lots of stuff with Iron Maiden's Eddie on it. 7) Smash TV and T3 Pinball -- got me through college. That and Tetris at level 9 until my eyes began to burn. 8) Then other games came out and some I liked and some I didn't. The End. -- Rb
