I mean, considering the kind of crap RPGs that the SNES was loaded down with, it wasn't exactly lower end; it was middle of the pack at worst, and the transformation/combination stuff worked pretty well. It's not like it was 7th Saga or some shit like that. (the SNES with Japanese RPGs was like the Genesis with Amiga conversions: some amazing stuff that had never been seen on console before, but a ton of filler crap.) [/quote] I guess I feel the same way about Beyond the Beyond. Not the greatest, but it tided me over as the first PSX RPG. Can't understand why it's universally hounded as the worst games EVAR. I could name half a dozen crappier RPG's off the top of my head, let alone games in general.[/quote]
