When I was travelling, he turned me down on an expense report for a dinner and I had to beg someone else who was at the dinner to expense it with their non-asshole boss. Not cool. Last week, he tried to put in place a bunch of questionable initiatives. One example is he wanted someone on the team to give a one hour presentation every week. With slides. Recorded! I tried to explain to him that this was an unreasonable amount of work, especially for junior engineers who aren't used to public speaking. I'm cancelling all that shit, effective immediately.
