I too, had RSI, friend.
I read a lot of books about it and learned how to fix the bad habits that had led to it. Pascarelli's was probably the best. One of the takeaways is that most "ergonomic keyboards," aren't. There isn't like a certification board that tells you you can call your keyboard "ergonomic." You just do it. Another takeaway is that if you are going to get a split keyboard (if) you should get an adjustable split keyboard. The position of the two halves depends on the distance between your shoulders and the length of your arms, and you may have noticed, not all humans are alike. So fixed split keyboards are mostly ergonomics theater. None of which is to say that the Microsoft Natural was a bad keyboard. It was a fine keyboard in a lot of ways. But it probably won't cure what ails you by itself. If you are still looking for a split keyboard, Goldtouch used to be the gold standard. I don't know if their build quality has held up or not, though. There is actually a lot in the book and you should read it rather than talking to random retards on the internet. But I know you won't so I post these nuggets of wisdom for you, just you. Oh and also you should probably stop "emitting" on to your keyboard because that's not ergonomic either, dude.
