The guys that want to shout words like that can do it over at 8chan. It's a choice between letting zero-value people shout that into the void and the site not existing, or banning that language and the site existing. I've received two notices and its only been a month. Thought I'd let them scream themselves out but it's the only thing those people seem to want to talk about.
