Nobody plans further than 5 years out, ever. The transition from where all the farms are now to where all the farms will be in the future will be maximally painful and disastrous. And those dikes will become untenable at some point too. It never seems like wars are fought over this stuff, but later historians show a high degree of correlation between these events and crazy violence. So bet on some real excitement along those lines too. :([/quote]
