Shit is expensive, almost nothing ships with polyphonic aftertouch. That was a key bit of expressivity used by Vangelis. The one piece of hardware that I have left in my house is an Ensoniq SQ-80...which has polyphonic aftertouch. Keyboard is clacky as hell because of it, though, and oooold.
