Lively: Google Creates Something Terrible
::
First we program the machine, then it programs us, etc etc

So my take on this is: fuck off. Stop trying to help. You're terrible at this. I don't want your improvements, I don't want your fixes, I don't want anything other than a simple text screen to type shit into. I don't want weeablo shit going to client mails because it's the first of April. I would like email composition back in a separate window if you feel the need to fuck with this. Let the team hang out in the ball crawls all day, Christ. You're not helping and you haven't helped since 10 years ago when you figured out how to beat spam. Everything else since then has been unneeded and unnecessary.
This is the cost of deploying AI/ML in 'real world' scenarios (that nobody asked for). If you happen to be a Silicon Valley Autiste, then this is living a science-fiction wetdream. To the lowly proles outside the bubble it really is invasive and unnecessary. Wonder if a deep learning algorithms can point to decelerating away from pervasive, unnecessary tech as a solution? Does an engineer jump in, and guard against that result? Maybe the software rules in self-preservation as well.
