So one of two possibilities: A. There is an exceptional quality to western software engineers. Indians and native Sino programmers simply can't get it. B. Nobody cares about a company located thousands of miles away from you even if they're paying you. It's nice to think that A is true but it cannot be. Every attempt I've seen at out sourcing to South America, Africa or India has not been worth it. [/quote]
