Donald Trump doesn't know how to win
<i>BBC World Service</i> radio over the Internet reports that President Trump is whining that he lost the popular vote in the Presidential election because of voter fraud because of 3-5 million people illegally voting for Hillary. My first thought was, "I didn't know there were that many extra votes in Chicago.<big>*</big>" Anyway, even the Republicans are telling him to shut the fuck up because he has no evidence at all that this is happening. I was thinking this is just another stupid repetition of the Birther conspiracy over President Obama not being born in the United States that he "drank the kool aid" over previously. I guess he has trouble dealing with the more important things. About 20 years ago I was fighting a traffic ticket where i'd been cited for driving with an expired inspection. I mentioned to the judge initially that I didn't think it was illegal to drive on an expired sticker. He said he disagreed, found me guilty and sentenced me to a fine of $100. i said, "wait a minute, I didn't even get to ask the state trooper any questions." He groused about it, realized I was right, so he said okay. i asked a few other ones, then got to the devastator, I said, "And when did the sticker say it expired?" Absolute silence. So even the judge says to him, "He plead not guilty, if you can't identify when the sticker expired, <i>I'm going to have to find him not guilty</i>." At that point a little voice in the back of my head said, "Shut up, dummy, don't say anything, you won." And I did, the cop couldn't find the expiration date and the judge found me not guilty. Clearly Donald Trump doesn't have a little voice in the back of his head like mine to tell him what to do. He won the Electoral College vote and he's taken the oath of office, it doesn't matter how he won, he won and he's been elected, even if there was fraud trying to keep him out, it doesn't matter, he won anyway and he's got the job for the next four years at least. Shut up and enjoy it. And while I don't care if he wins or loses re-election, if he pulls stupid shit like this people are going to think he is a fruitcake and might not vote for him then. He should consider the advice my subconsious gave me that day in Prince William County District Court: "Shut up, dummy, don't say anything, you won." <hr color=blue height=6></hr>* Chicago has a long history of rampant voter fraud, of people voting for recently deceased voters and other tricks. So people were recommended to "vote early" so they could have time before work to vote for themselves, and 'vote often" so that later on they could duplicate vote on other people's behalf. Thus for those of you not in the U.S., the phrase "Vote early, vote often," was a reference to voter fraud in Chicago.
