Re: Would you be this outraged if it was a deep dive into SimCity's tax code?

Re: Would you be this outraged if it was a deep dive into SimCity's tax code?
One of the really tedious things that SJWs do is try to turn the "outraged" claim around. It's pretty sad to see a group of babies that hated Rovian tactics use them wherever and whenever possible now. But I'm not going to let go of the fact that the writer (who didn't bother to post at all in the comments, letting his or her co-workers clean up the mess) grabbed the source code to do this, yet the game's source code isn't sitting on bitbucket. You people have become so into looking for things to be offended about that you're now decompiling software so you can be properly outraged at what you find.
After reading the article, which was awesome btw, I assumed the developer's defense (not that he need one - well, not that he SHOULD have needed one) would be something about trying to simulate Old West cultural mores or pulp sci-fi genre tropes. Nope! Apparently this was his honest attempt at reproducing reality, as he perceives it, based on his own experiences in life and on reddit.
He made a science fiction game about life three thousand years from now, tried to simulate relationships not on an individual level but with group dynamics and now that a hit piece was slung at him you've got lowlifes calling him some of the worst names possible like "Redditor."
The best part is his example of what respectful criticism looks like: a bi man sucking his game's dick, while learning how science indicates he's probably really just gay and confused.
The best part that I've seen are all the people who have tweeted like this: [twitter id="793994018120237056"] RimWorld has been out for a very long time. The same site that broke this awesome btw article slobbed all over it numerous times. Caelyn S there still hadn't purchased it. Ohhh but he or she sees an opportunity to virtue signal, so now it's off to the races. She's offended as hell at a game she was absolutely never, ever going to buy and is proud of him or herself for being able to take it off the "wishlist." Either they are poor or they don't actually play games. In fact, being able to act like a cunt gives these people more pleasure than any video game could. If you look at the replies, note the retard saying how they feel bad for having purchased it and gotten entertainment from them. That's where you are. Your SimCity analogy was quite poor and you look stupid for using it.
