Adjunct professors, a new system of serfdom set up by universities to avoid paying fair wages to teachers so they can continue to build new highrise dorms and hire new useless administrators to deal with new regulations and student complaints (like microaggressions). ACLU couldn't shut up about the <a href="https://www.aclu.org/blog/speak-freely/hard-truth-minneapolis-black-lives-matter-protests-communities-color-have-no-trust">BLM protests</a> but not a goddamn peep about the CUNY arrests when <a href="https://nypost.com/2015/11/04/dozens-arrested-at-cuny-wage-protest/">adjunct professors</a> protested their wages.
