[/quote] It's more like 10% of the terrain her jump <b>isn't</b> useful. You cannot jump straight up and hover stationary when the enemy team isn't distracted and contains many long range shooters, yes. Otherwise she's deadly if they're distracted and almost half the roster can't even touch her when she's high up. Mercy is actually the worst (less overall healing than Lucio, no other boosts, zero offense, ult tricky to use effectively without wasting it) and is only used a lot because she's the most straight forward and familiar, a copy of the TF2 medic (also the reason teams are saturated with Widows).
