This sort of app is the logical conclusion if you want to combat cyberbullying
She already has some cyberabuse hotline or organization thing. It's not unreasonable to think that an ounce of prevention is better than 10 hours of counseling or whatever it does. Glib one-liner aside about Quinn being beaten to the punch, cyber harassment has been all the rage for a while now and even the changes Twitter or Facebook have made haven't been enough to stem the complaints. It's why I've always been very reluctant to have too much in common with anti-GG. If you're saying that cyber-harassment is a huge problem and that you've been a victim of it, then removing anonymity is one of the most effective ways to stop it. "No bad methods, only bad targets" is their mantra. The main and probably fairest complaint they had was that kids were involved - if they were excluded then they'd be much harder pressed to explain why this is against their overall ethos. The fact that Quinn is histrionic and weeps while representing professionally representing "anti-bullying organizations" doesn't help her cause.
