Trump cancels a rally in Chicago due to protestors
I don't like Trump. But <a href="http://www.cnn.com/2016/03/11/politics/donald-trump-chicago-protests/">this</a> really won't fucking help convince anyone that free speech isn't under assault from political correctness run amok or that the left is full of crybabies with rice paper-thin skin. Trump canceled because he didn't want <a href="http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/03/12/trump-cancels-chicago-rally-says-didnt-want-to-see-anyone-hurt.html">"to see people get hurt."</a> Do these retards realize that they're making him look reasonable?
Debi Patrick, a 53-year-old Trump supporter who lives outside Chicago, said there should have been more security planned for the event, but said she didn't blame Trump for the atmosphere at the rallies, saying people are responsible for their own behavior. Asked if she would still vote for Trump on Tuesday, she said, "Absolutely, more than ever."
It's a good thing that you're riling up the opposition's base. That's how you win elections.
Supporters of Trump still inside chanted "We want Trump" after the event was canceled. Protesters, meanwhile, shouted "We shut s*** down" and "We stumped Trump."
Clearly this is a relevant victory and not some empty political posturing. It's not like there's any way to see his rallies online. I'm sure this will convince all the GOP voters to stay home this week in Illinois.
Others chanted "Bernie" as supporters whipped out Bernie Sanders campaign signs.
It would be surprising if these dumbasses weren't there.
"We do things a little different in this campaign: We bring people TOGETHER. #BernieInIL," Sanders tweeted.
. . .
