Clinton has a long legacy with the Black community

She got Black Lives Matter support by going all-in (well some-in) on gun control, very slick way of drawing a line between herself and the guy who wants to reintroduce the ERA and is rated at 97% on affirmative action by the NAACP. She's running on a Fire Extinguisher platform to get the People On Fire vote.
Sanders may be highly rated by the NAACP, like most Democrats, but Joe Trippi pointed this out and I agree, there's something clinical about the way he talks that he doesn't connect with demographics that require a a personal outreach to their community such as Black or Hispanic people. Women used to be in this same group but Planned Parenthood endorsements don't count for what they used to. I think it's the way he circles back to inequality even when he's talking about Iran. This post does a good job of breaking down his weaknesses and failures in the Black community. I'll only quote this part but the entire post is worth reading.
Black people aren't as liberal as a lot of people think we are. We just don't vote republican. . . As far as politics go, we're pretty moderate, if not straight conservative.
Again, watching young, white, liberal, atheists on Reddit realize that Black people don't give a fuck about how much you yelled at someone on Twitter about white privilege has been crazy funny. They don't want your revolution.
Sanders canvassers [in South Carolina] couldn't find a single Clinton supporter among black voters."
Hehehe.
