Well the phone interview was a little less structured than usual and the interviewer (now my boss) was clearly already a fan of my resume. All I had to do was confirm I knew the things I claimed to know. Later I discovered that another reason he liked me is because I have almost zero social media presence. IT! The aerospace guys also already liked me and my ability to laugh at gay military jokes. In person, I own two neat colorful shirts ($50) and matching awesome ties ($60 ... don't ask me why they cost more) and I don't smell like a wild animal. More critically, I've learned to shut the fuck up between questions and to construct sentences IN REAL TIME!!!! that have a beginning, middle,and end and that sometimes relate to what was asked.
