Holy fuck did the ending feel rushed. All that for that? A forced binary choice? No resolution or any explanation of the doe, butterfly, or tornado at all? I wrote a better ending in my head where Chloe piggybacked on Max's time travel power to switch places with Rachel when she realizes she's who she would be if she didn't self-destruct her life. An alternate timeline plays out where Max never meets up with adult Chloe and instead has her Scooby Doo adventures with Rachel and no memory of her previous week. End on a Velveteen Rabbit note where she sees the butterfly and has an inkling of Chloe's memory.[/quote]
