It shows trying to scale the iOS/mobile experience to <i>everything</i>. That garbage can doesn't need power unless it has a compactor. The dishwasher doesn't need to send <i>health reports</i> to the mothership. Honestly, I see it going the way of trying to prevent self-service (see: printers, coffee makers). Gadgets with built snitch switches to continue planned obsolescence, and maintenance markups.[/quote]
