Re: PAUL. Call the local news. RIGHT NOW.

The fact that some asshole is doing this to a guy in a wheelchair is NEWS. NEWS for the rest of us. Do it right now, call one of your three local stations. ("There are actually four when Fox is -- ") RIGHT NOW. God, for once in your life, act with speed and passion. ICJ
I sent all four news carrying stations (4 NBC, 5 FOX, 7 ABC, 9 CBS) plus the Washington Post and The Examiner an email BEFORE I posted this article.
Post what you sent them! ICJ
I just did. This is more-or-less the same. Here's a copy of one of the e-mails: <font face="Times New Roman"><big> From: Paul@paul-robinson.us To: metro@washpost.com Date: Jun 28, 2014 4:38 PM There is a guy on the street at Gallery Place in front of the Verizon Center and he's pulling a pretty slick scam, which I got taken on. He asks me if I can give him a twenty for two tens. I never thought to ask why he needed a twenty (if it had been someone wanting a quarter for two dimes and a nickel, the obvious reason is they need to feed a parking meter), but anyway, I found a twenty-dollar bill in my wallet and traded him for the two tens. Then he shows me a one dollar bill and claims that's all I gave him. I don't know why I didn't call him on it, partially I guess I figured I could have made a mistake. So I gave him his two tens back since I didn't have another $20. I kind of came to the conclusion later that he had ripped me off of what essentially is $19. Very slick. It might be worth trying a reverse scam on the guy by sending some people around who have nothing on them but a single $20 and then catch the guy in the act.
