If it's arbitrary, it should use an IETF-assigned arbitrary domain name of "example.com", "example.org" or "example.net" as these will always be reserved for non-network (and non-routing) use the way networks 10.0.0.0/8, 172.16.0.0/12, and 192.168.0.0/16 are for private network use and 100.64.0.0/10 is for carriers to use internally only and not to use even for private routing.
