Re: Ceramic pans are shit

But oil is bad for you? No it isn't, just use the good stuff, like peanut or coconut that can take high heat without giving you cancer and AIDS.
Woman at Intake Center: I'm sorry about you having to enter hospice. Patient: I appreciate your sympathy. What really bothers me is how I got AIDS in the first place. Woman at Intake Center: How? Patient: Using hydrogenated oils. I should have known better when I saw that one of them was called 'rapeseed oil'. I agree with you, hydrogenation - what is referred to as 'trans fat' - is what makes oil bad. Not quite bad as that, but not good for you. The non-hydrogenated oils or fats are a better choice, it's why if I have a choice I choose butter over margarine, not just for taste (although that's an important point if I'm eating something where the butter is directly tasted like on pancakes and spaghetti), but because butter is always non-hydrogenated and most margarines, to be cheap, usually are, or were (I don't even know, I haven't bought margarine in probably ten years, I but butter exclusively). In fact, Canola - what they used to call rapeseed - is, I believe, normally a fairly good oil product and usually isn't hydrogenated.
Thanks for the video!
You're welcome.
