The option to overthrow the US Government is not enshrined in the Constitution. Because the founders weren't fucking retards, like you.
The Second Amendment was intended to give the general public access to the same weapons as the military. While it's not explicitly stated in the Constitution - the right to privacy isn't explicitly stated in the Constitution but the Supreme Court noted it is - the founding fathers expected the public would overthrow the government if necessary.
You know what's explicitly sated in the constitution, "well regulated." It also states explicitly that the role of the militia is "the security of a free State." The founders wanted citizen soldiers to defend national sovereignty, not assholes who fantasized about the breakdown of society as an excuse to shoot people who aren't like them.
