I just assumed I had to wait until a certain level.[/quote] Just reach a certain level. One thing of note is that monster kill XP decreases every level you take on, while quests give a fixed amount. If you plan to grind, the optimum time to do it is at the very beginning of a chapter before finishing any quests.[/quote]
