Forum Overview :: Gamerasutra :: It's too bad they DIDN'T wait until their game launched to fire these guys.
I have a soft spot for first-person beat 'em ups. The good ones (Riddick, Condemned) I tend to appreciate far more than they probably deserve, and even the bad ones (Breakdown, Condemned 2) at least make for memorable experiences. Hell, I'm usually willing to take a chance on a game if it goes so far as to give you shoulders (Far Cry, F.E.A.R.); there's no way a first-person Avengers sim wouldn't have found its way into my collection. Most likely by way of a $15 bargain bin six months after release, but still.
