I really don't know; I don't see where if a woman who is not in a position of authority over a young man, lets him have sex with her, is really a crime. If it was the other way around and it was, say a "dirty old man" of my age who seduced a 16-year-old girl, that I can see where there is a possibility of exploitation. And it's all basically where you're located that depends on the significance of this. Lets say her and his family had been visiting Las Vegas, and at some point she and the boy were alone in her room, and she let him screw her, and multiple times, do you know what they would have done to her? Absolutely nothing. The age of Consent in California is 18; that's why this woman was charged with a crime. The age of consent in Nevada is 16 (it's also 16 in 32 of the 50 states plus the District of Columbia). If they had been in Nevada she could have fucked him - or let him fuck her - ten ways to Sunday and long as the sex was consensual it doesn't matter, it's not a crime there.
