Re: You were always my favorite poster to get in a row with

Be nice?! I'd rather have you as an opponent than a friend, and I think that's one of the highest compliments I can give in the OMM/Caltrops context. -/ES/-
For a long time you dicks have been whining that nobody was mean any more. Yet the real problem was never that people were unable to throw a punch around here - go ahead, fucking ask me how I know - it was that almost nobody could bear to take one. As it turns out, very few of you enjoy being shamed and mocked! And so rather than incur facepunches and fight against them, people became chickenshit posters. Further: the idea that someone might be trolling, and that consequently all activity should stop or else trolling, was a full-on regression into the-floor-is-lava juvenalia. The adult youguys, unable to stomach such a limiting culture, and unwilling to determine a reason why you would do so anyway, stopped posting in droves. You all moved on while refusing to think of each other or relate to each other without incessantly referencing the way you lived among each other on an important gaming website ten years earlier. Oh wait - those of you who could, did, elsewhere. And now ICJ is meekly telling an anonymous faggot gee you're right we really let ourselves go. What a flattering reason you all chose to go out on: awwww we were just too nice dagnabbit! What can you do? When in fact this place long ago became toxic to any content that wasn't exactly the sort of thing that had always been posted, and all of your niceness was performed at mutual gunpoint. If my internet adventures these days look more like
Be nice?! I'd rather have you as a seme than a friend, and I think that's one of the highest compliments I can give in the LJRP context. -/G/-
I am still happier, because at least they don't empty a clip into my eyesocket if I happen to discuss video games or men occasionally. "But Zseni, you're just a fat faggot you might as well post on QT3 with that kind of attitude!" I hear your mumbled and wrathful plea. The problem is, the choice was never between "this, or QT3." It was always between "QT3, or any of the hundred million billion things that are not QT3."
