List of Mozilla Firefox extensions.
[quote name="bink"]If you want an awesome web browsing experience with increased protection against Spyware, I strongly recommend Firefox. If you have it already then go ahead and blast me for being an ignorant cunt, you FAYUGS. http://www.getfirefox.com The only thing you'll have to install is Macromedia Flash; Firefox comes with Java. Anyway there's quite a few extensions out there and here's a list of what I have installed; makes web browsing about 300% more efficient than using raw IE. You can go to the extensions page and hit "all," these are in alphabetical order so you can just rapidly install them by checking the names. I don't really wanna post direct links to them all. DictionarySearch: look up any word by selecting the word + context menu; can customize for your own favorite dictionaries; mine has onelook.com and wikipedia.org Disable Targets for Downloads: prevents downloads from spawning a blank window Download Manager Tweak: mostly used so the download manager opens in a tab instead of a sidebar or window ieview: context menu to open a link in IE; for those faggy IE-only webpages (like my bank's) Image-Show-Hide: i'm on 56k so not loading image heavy webpages is nice; I have it as a button on the toolbar Flashblock: all flash is blocked until you click play; see above for reason FLST (Focus Last Selected Tab): when you close a tab, switches to the one you were on instead of the one next to it; I'm actually ambivalent about this one as it can be annoying at times Open Link In...: context menu opens links in tabs that pop forward or tabs that open in the background OpenNewWindowFromHere: context menu duplicates the current page in a new tab, for when you need to go back a few pages to check something yet remain on the page you're on QuickTabPrefToggle: forces websites that spawn new windows to spawn them in a new tab instead, can customize to force them in the same window/tab as well Show Image: adds context menu to reload a broken image, Firefox doesn't normally do this SmoothWheel: smooths out scrolling with a mouse wheel Translate: translate any phrase / web page with context menu using babelfish Enjoy!
