They have warp drive (stolen) and maybe they get along well enough with eachother that their planet is unified. Who knows. It's a really popular episode, so Cryptic feels a need to include it somehow, to get people playing. I can't believe anyone would want to play these guys though. The Pakled BO idea was crazy enough, a Pakled captain boggles the mind. How many people name their Pakled captains "Lenny" I wonder.[/quote]
