More like DWARF FITNESS, am I right?

WEIGHT: 188lbs BMI: 29.4 - no longer medically obese; now just really, really, overweight. Hooray :(
I'm "overweight" according to BMI too! How's it feel to be BMI brothers? I'm there because the simple BMI formula doesn't take into consideration that muscle is very heavy, and you're there for the same reason (unless you lied to Tom Chick about your weightlifting and it's unacceptable to lie in Tom Chick's living room (that's what Tom Chick's bedroom is for)), and also because of all the extra fat you still have. Do more food journal posts. Those are good, and you can work them into the Millennium episode recaps. Here's my hazy memory of Millennium, while I'm talking about it: At first Frank is a genius CSI agent, where he uses psychic abilities instead of clues to solve things. Then suddenly the show becomes the X-Files, with conspiracies and shadowy groups and Frank talking to monsters, which culminates in the awesome episode where 4 demons chat at a coffee shop. Then the show gets serious again and veers back away from the X-Files, despite Frank becoming an FBI agent, and finally comes to rest where it belongs: canceled.
