Either he's off by an order of magnitude, or he's counting each individual word as a line of dialogue - <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/03/09/bioware-speaks-up-about-mass-effect-2-localization/">Mass Effect 2</a> had 450,000 words, so 200,000 in this case sounds about right (watch for precisely ZERO video games journalists to make this intuitive leap).
